Still Becoming

There was a time I thought clarity would come first, then peace would follow. I believed God would explain the plan clearly before asking me to walk it out. But this season has taught me otherwise.

I am still becoming.

Some days feel settled. Other days feel unfinished. I wake up with gratitude and sleep with unanswered questions. Yet in between, God is faithful in ways I cannot deny. He sustains us quietly, through ordinary days that do not look miraculous but are filled with His care.

I have learned that God often builds us in places we would rather escape. He uses repetition to teach patience. He uses delay to deepen trust. He uses uncertainty to draw us closer to Him, not to confuse us, but to anchor us.

For my family, this season has been about endurance and grace. We have learned how to lean on one another when strength runs low. We have learned how to pray together when words feel insufficient. Love has become more intentional, less rushed, more rooted.

There are moments I look back and realise how much I have changed, even though my situation looks the same. My reactions are softer. My expectations are wiser. My faith is quieter but stronger. God has been shaping my heart more than my circumstances.

I am learning that becoming does not need applause. It happens in hidden places. In private prayers. In choosing faith again after disappointment. In trusting God when the evidence is still forming.

This story is not finished. But I am no longer afraid of the unfinished. God is writing carefully, patiently, and with purpose. And as long as He is the author, I am content to keep becoming.
