Choose a Safe Vent

Your task is to get a book where or person who you can pour out your anger to.

Anger needs an outlet. When it has nowhere safe to go, it often comes out in words or actions we later regret.

To prevent this, choose your safe vent before anger shows up.

Decide on two healthy options:
* A journal – where you can pour out your thoughts freely without consequences.
* A trusted person – a mature sister or friend who can listen without judging, spreading it, or turning it against your home.

The key is planning ahead.

In the heat of anger, you may be tempted to vent to just anyone available. This can be dangerous because anger passes, issues get resolved, but words shared with the wrong person can linger and damage relationships, especially your marriage.

Whether your anger is caused by your husband, family, or outsiders, make it a habit to vent safely.

Write it out or speak it out in the right place. This protects your peace, your relationships, and your integrity.

Clicking “Done” here means you have identified one trusted person you can rant to or you have now gotten a journal you can vent on.
